Krista Hampton iHuman Week 4 25 y/o with new rash on thighs – A 25-year-old healthy female presents with a two-day history of an intensely itchy, red, papular rash on her inner thighs and left inner forearm. She recently went hiking in the woods, used a hot tub, applied a new lotion, and ate scallops for the first time. On examination, there is a well-defined, linear, blistering erythematous rash measuring 6 cm on her left inner forearm. Additionally, a 10 x 12 cm area of scattered, red papules with superficial excoriations is observed on her inner thighs. Her vital signs and the rest of the physical exam are normal.
