They now occur every 1-2 weeks, and last up to 15 hours, and the patient endorses the consumption of chocolate, junk food, red wine, and compounding life stressors of graduate school and part-time work. She has premonitory blurred vision and associated nausea and vomiting with headaches, photophobia, and phonophobia. Her vital signs and physical exam are non-contributory.
