NRNP 6531 Week 2 iHuman Assignment (36-year-old female with an itchy rash) – A 36-year-old otherwise healthy woman presents with a 36-hour history of an intensely pruritic, erythematous papular rash on her inner thighs and left inner forearm. Her recent activities include hiking in the woods, using a hot tub, applying a new lotion, and consuming scallops for the first time. On examination, a well-demarcated, linear cluster of erythematous blisters measuring 6 cm is observed on her left inner forearm. Additionally, a 10 x 12 cm area of scattered, erythematous papules with superficial excoriations is present on her inner thighs. Her vital signs and the remainder of the physical exam are unremarkable.
