Max Huber iHuman Case Study (65 y/o with high blood pressure) – The patient is a 65-year-old retired obese male with elevated blood pressure and benign prostatic hypertrophy who presents to the clinic with concerns of fatigue, unintentional weight gain, polyuria, nocturia, polyphagia, polydipsia, blurry vision. He denies snoring, numbness, and tingling. Physical examination shows elevated blood pressure, otherwise unremarkable vital signs, central obesity, large neck diameter, and no changes in prostate size, or alterations in sensation, body habitus, or facial appearance.

Differential Diagnosis: Diabetes Mellitus Type 2
