Ella West iHuman Case Study (79 y/o female with hypertension) – The patient is a 79-year-old widow with hypertension and coronary artery disease who, according to her daughter, has over the last year, developed progressive cognitive and memory deficits, emotional lability, and behaviour changes. The daughter also notes a change in her mother’s personality (more argumentative and difficult), deteriorating personal hygiene, and an inability to meet some of her ADLs (Activities of daily living)
